Senior Manager

When did you start?

I have worked with the Practice since 2014.

What does your job role entail?

Customer service and compliance are my main priorities and I work closely with the Registered Manager and the Principal Orthodontist to ensure that we are working within a framework that is both people led and compliant with the regulations and legislation to keep our patients safe and their journey outstanding.

What did you do for job before choosing this career?

Previous roles include working in the Health and Social Sector in my own businesses.

What is your super power in work?

My super power is probably getting things done. Once I start something I want to complete it. I am very customer focus and I will always strive to ensure that everyone within the team provides the best possible outcomes for all our patients.

What do you love about your job?

I love the challenges and the problem solving.

What makes Wallasey Orthodontics stand out from the competition?

Our Practice is unique because of the high level of expertise and clinical skill within the team. We use technology that allows the patient to communicate directly with the Specialist Orthodontist and we have developed a partnership, which gives the patient a level of autonomy that was not previously seen. High levels of communication with our patients is a key factor in the success of our using technology. Treatment is individually agreed with patients and it reflects the patients’ needs as well as their expectation and outcomes.

What is your favourite thing about Wallasey Orthodontics?

The team are open to new innovative ways of working, and they have embraced new ideas to support a better patient journey.

What do you like to do when not in work?

I love to be with my grandchildren whenever possible. I enjoy walking, reading and love to use the ‘Red light’, which I find very relaxing and therapeutic.
